In October of 1987 I started my real estate career with Delbro real estate a local Winnipeg company.  After a successful start I moved to RE/MAX in 1994 to enhance the level of service that I could provide to my all important clients.  Since the beginning I have obtained numerous monthly sales achievement awards, yearly awards from both RE/MAX and the Winnipeg realtors association.  My proudest moment as a realtor was achieving the RE/MAX HALL OF FAME award that is awarded to an individual who earns a million dollars in Commissions.  It is truly an award for outstanding sales achievements and a long term commitment to the industry and I am very proud to be a member of this outstanding group.

In the years leading up to the start of my career I was actively involved as a member of the Manitoba water ski team and spent many months training in the warm climates of Groveland, Florida at the Liz Allan water ski school which then became The Benzel ski center owned and operated by David and Cyndi Benzel.  David is now a world renowned motivational speaker and life coach.  I was fortunate enough to earn many great ski accomplishments of which were winning the Canadian National Championships in 1985 and the Group III International water ski championships in Singapore for Canada in 1987.

On September 28, 1991 I married Cathy and we were blessed with 2 incredible smart and talented children, Rory our son came into our life in 1994 and our daughter Chelsea in 1997.  Cathy has been my full time assistant since the early 1990's and she does much of my work behind the scenes. Our children are both off at college, Chelsea is enrolled at the University of Calgary studying Bilogical science.  After graduating with honors and a succesful 3 years hockey career playing for the Balmoral Hall Blazers Prep hockey team, she is now a playing college hockey for the CiS Womens Calgary Dino's on an Athletic scholarship!   Rory is currently attending the University of British Columbia studying a dual degree in the Sauder school of business with a computer science.  The highlight of Rory's hockey,undoubtedly was winning the 2011 Telus Cup National Midget Championship in St. John's Nfld. He then went on to a very succesful 3 years of Junior "A" scoring over 100 points, while playing in Ontario, Alberta and New Brunswick.  Rory graduate with 3 different scholarships, so needless to say we are both proud parents.
